Notice is hereby given that the 68th Annual General Meeting of the Stainless Steel
Merchants’ Association will be held as per the details above to transact the following
business:
1. To confirm and adopt the Minutes of the 67th Annual General Meeting held on 21st September 2024.
2. To receive and adopt the Audited Accounts for the year ended 31st March 2025.
3. To appoint the Auditor for the financial year 2025–2026 and fix their remuneration.
4. To consider and pass the proposed new resolutions.
5. To felicitate the Vyapar Ratna Awardee.
6. To announce the results of the election of the President, Vice-President, and 11 members of the Managing Committee for the year 2025–2026.
7. To transact any other business with the permission of the Chair.
